3.2 Other than personally identifiable information, which is covered under the Privacy Policy, you warrant and represent that the Company shall have no obligations with respect to any Works or other material that you create or submit, none of which shall be considered confidential. You hereby waive all so called moral rights.
3.3 You warrant and represent that the Works will not infringe any copyright, trade mark rights, image or personality rights or any other intellectual property rights of any third party and that the Works will not contain anything which may be considered obscene, defamatory, blasphemous, racist, offensive or unlawful. You must not submit any Works or other material for which you have not obtained all necessary licences and/or approvals, including the likenesses or names of celebrities, companies, or trademarks.
3.4 The Company respects the intellectual property rights of others, and we ask our users to do the same

5.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the Company’s liability for:
(a) death or personal injury caused by negligence (as such term is defined by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977); or
(b) fraud; or
(c) misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter; or
(d) any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
5.3 If the submission of Works to this Game results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment, software or data, you agree to assume all costs thereof.
6. PRIVACY POLICY
